I'm a Counselling Psychologist, and the more I sit with people, the more I see this:

The parts of you that feel the most stuck—the overthinking, the people-pleasing, the walls you put up, the ache that doesn't seem to have a name—are not random habits.

They are a mirror of your earliest relationships.

What I Offer

I help adults untangle the patterns that keep them stuck—patterns rooted in early relationships and the ways we learnt to survive. This isn't a blame game—it's about understanding how those patterns formed so you can begin to choose something different.

In our work together, you'll learn to:

Recognize the hidden scripts that drive your reactions

Build real-time skills to pause and choose differently

Develop boundaries that protect your energy and integrity

Strengthen your capacity for secure, grounded connection

Therapy here is a balance of depth and practicality. We'll go back when it helps you understand, and we'll stay present when it's time to practice something new.

How We'll Work

First, we trace.

We'll look at your earliest templates for love, safety and conflict. Not to get lost in the past, but to understand why certain situations still trigger such strong responses.

Then, we track.

You'll learn to notice patterns as they happen—the subtle shift in your body, the familiar loop in your thoughts—before they take over.

Finally, we build.

With awareness comes the chance to try something different. We'll practice new responses until they start to feel as natural as the old ones. You'll leave with tools that work in real life, not just in session.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw on different ways of working, some that explore how our past shapes the present, others that give you practical tools for right now. What ties it all together is the steady attention to your experience.
