You're here because the way you connect with others and yourself, doesn't quite feel like it should. Patterns have a way of repeating until we finally turn toward them.

You're here because something in the way you connect—with others, and with yourself—doesn't quite feel like it should.

Patterns have a way of repeating until we finally turn toward them. This is a place to do that.

Sounds Familiar?

You may notice that you keep:

Struggling with relationships that feel either too close or too distant

Suffering from chronic anxiety, overthinking or have trouble concentrating

Feeling emotionally flooded under pressure—shutdown, irritability or withdrawal

Carrying self-doubt that chips away at your confidence or direction

Navigating family conflict or unclear boundaries that leave you feeling responsible

Repeating coping strategies that once worked but now leave you drained

Trying to make sense of why trust, mood or your sense of self feels so hard to hold on to

If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

Hi, I'm Tinna

I believe you have the power to build a safe space within yourself.

I'm a Counselling Psychologist specializing in relational and developmental trauma. The more I sit with people, the more I see this: the parts of you that feel the most stuck are not random habits—they are a mirror of your earliest relationships.

My job is to listen closely, track subtle patterns, and sit with you as you make sense of yourself on your own terms.
